On Time - Correctly programmed schedules are key. Tracking tools then enable us to monitor the progress of construction and commissioning. This information is then continuously assessed and compared against requirements, to successfully complete the project in a timely manner.
On Budget - Timely completion without need for mitigating delays ensures the budget remains intact, coining the phrase “On time and on budget “.
Team Effort - A whole team approach, or “synergy” should exist across the project, and not be confined to the management. Contractors play an important role in completing a project, and it is crucial that everyone becomes a part of a solution.
Control - Providing independent guidance and authority where required ensures best practices are followed.
Strategy - This is provided within the commissioning plan, detailing both roles and responsibilities, and incorporating any additional requirements.
Quality - Under constant review to ensure best practices and standards are achieved. We believe in Identifying and acknowledging where improvements could be made or recorded, thus providing a future improvement plan.
